Dr. Lizzy Omojuwa-Okiye is a seasoned professional with over a decade of

expertise in Information Technology and Human Resources. She holds a degree in

Information Technology from Ladoke Akintola University, Oyo State, and is a

Certified Career Coach. She is also a Licensed HR Professional (CIPM, Nigeria), a

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRI, USA), and a Chartered HR Ethics

Manager (Ch.HREM).

A recognized Emotional Intelligence Professional and Coach, Lizzy is affiliated with

Pause Factory, West African partner of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence

Network, USA. She holds memberships in several professional bodies, including

CIPM, NITAD, AEHRP, HR.Com, and LCAN.

Passionate about excellence and widely regarded as a solution provider, Lizzy has

mentored many protégés and continues to inspire transformation. She serves in

multiple leadership capacities, including Co-Vice Chair, Membership Engagement

& Diaspora Relations (AEHRP) and Team Lead, Coaching and Mentoring

Committee, CIPM Lagos State.

Lizzy has excelled in senior HR leadership roles, driving organizational

Consulting Ltd, she held leadership roles such as Head of People and Culture at
